We specialize in removable partial denture frameworks crafted using CAD (computer-aided design) and 3D printing. Our frameworks are cast using Vitallium® 2000, a strong, lightweight, and biocompatible cobalt-chrome alloy.

3. What materials do you use?
We use Vitallium® 2000, a premium cobalt-chrome alloy that is nickel-free, beryllium-free, and biocompatible, making it safe and comfortable for long-term intraoral use.
4. What is your turnaround time?
We offer a 5-business-day turnaround from the time we receive your case, which is significantly faster than the 10+ days typical in the industry.
5. How do I send a case to your lab?
You will have to send to us a traditional impressions (via courier), as well as fill out the form here, via e-mail at info@tvodentallab.com.
6. Do you offer support if adjustments are needed?
Yes. While our digital design greatly reduces the need for adjustments, we’re always here to help troubleshoot or remake if needed. Your satisfaction is our priority.
7. Do you design the framework, or do I need to send my own design?
We can handle the entire design process in-house, based on your prescription and model or scan. If you prefer to provide your own design, we’re happy to follow your specifications.
